What is a Pre-sue report?

A Pre-sue report is also known as a Pre-litigation report or a Status report. It provides details of a debtor’s or person’s circumstances and may include a list of assets.

Once our tracers or you have located your debtor, it would be prudent to seek a pre-sue or pre-litigation report. This will provide details of the debtor’s present personal circumstances prior to costly litigation.

It is bad enough you are owed money; you do not want to throw away any more than is necessary chasing a debt if there is little chance the debtor will pay.
