The situation just keeps getting worse. More and more unauthorised encampments creating more and more problems for local authorities, landowners and businesses.

  • disturbance to neighbours

We have all seen the unsightly mess that unauthorised encampments bring. But what can we do about it?

You need help to:

  • evict the trespassers
  • remove the vehicles
  • remove the animals
  • secure the site to prevent further trespassing
  • clear the site of the rubbish left behind by the travellers

The Solution

Call Enforcement Bailiffs.

We have over 25 years experience in dealing with unauthorised encampments. We know what to do, and how to do it.

You need to act fast as the longer you leave these situations the worse they become.

A recent case dealt with by our Traveller Eviction Team was in Coventry.

Travellers parked on private land and started to become a problem. The business owner of the land spoke with the travellers and asked them to move on. They did not. She asked again. They did not. After a week of them going nowhere and the rubbish building up she rang Enforcement Bailiffs.

The travellers were served an eviction notice requiring them to leave immediately. They chose not to leave. It was late in the day by now.

After discussions with the landowner and the Police the traveller eviction from the land in Coventry was organised for the next day at 8am.

With support from the Police, in case of a breach of the peace, the eviction took place and within a couple of hours the unauthorised encampment was cleared.

We arranged a security team to secure the site until concrete blocks were installed to stop any further incursions onto the site. This has to be dome to ensure the evicted travellers do not ‘drive round the block’ and return after the Eviction Team have left.

We also arranged a clean-up team to dispose of the mess and rubbish left on the site, so restoring it to its original condition for use by the owner.
