Transfer your Writ of Possession to The High Court for enforcement

Online Instruction Form

Supporting documents required

You must provide supporting documents as part of the Writ of Possession request.

  • The Order for Possession.
  • The Permission Order to transfer up to the High Court, if not already on the possession order.

As a general rule of thumb if your possession order is against persons unknown (trespassers) then no permission is required and the possession order can be transferred up straight away to the High Court.
